The artichokes come from the Brindisi area, while the friarielli is from Campania. Olives are generally sourced from Spain but special varieties, like Taggiasca and Leccino olives, come from Italy.

For anchovies, mackerel and tuna, preserved naturally or in oil, we’ve chosen the best producers in the world, with fine produce from certain areas, like anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea or Sciacca.
